New Lulu tanks!!! The Move Tank

Guess what!?! I just discovered a vintage Lululemon tank that is absolutely gorgeous. It is called the Move Tank. It's made of organic cotton, which is actually not the best for working out (I prefer luon, luxtreme, silverescent, or circle mesh), but it is lovely for looking pretty in hot weather!

Here is my first Move Tank. This tank was part of Oqoqo, Lulu's line of clothes made from sustainable fabrics, which was discontinued. Certified organic cotton yarn was used to make the fabric. It is preshrunk, flat seamed, and chafe resistant. As you can see, this one is made of pretty blues and purples all pieced together. I think the colors are Frisby and Royale. The top third and bottom third are finely ribbed, and the middle third is plain with no texture. There are two adjustable bra straps (for the body and the inner shelf bra), and a built-in shelf bra made of Brushed Silverescent (a fabric which is anti-stink and wicking). The built-in shelf bra has slots for removable cups.

The fabric is 67% organic cottom, 22% cotton, and 11% lycra spandex. The lining is 87% nylon and 13% spandex.

The one I have is size 6. It was kept in impeccable condition by a nice girl named Martha who sold it to me. I am very happy with it. Although I wear a 6 in Lulu tanks made these days, the older versions of size 6 fit smaller... so this one is a tad bit to the small side on me, but it still fits and is beautiful. After getting the 6 and realizing how much I love this tank, I saw a size 10, New With Tags (NWT) on ebay, but I passed it up, thinking it might be too big. Afterwards of course, I had second thoughts. I am very guilty of buying multiples of Lulu tanks that I love. However, I rationalize it, because it is that hard to find clothes that flatter the body and make you feel like you look good. And I certainly wear all my Lulu tanks, given the frequency with which I work out. And plan to work out for the rest of my life. So it works out.

Update! Today, I saw this same tank posted on ebay in size 8! I might have to bid on it and sell my size 6. These tanks definitely run small. Makes me regret not buying the size 10.
